Sheldon Education Foundation awards $16,000 to new Sheldon teachers

In August, new teachers to the school district had an opportunity to apply for an innovative teaching grant from the Education Foundation. Awarded grants included programs for flexible seating, musical instruments like ukuleles, as well as technical programs to help students in fine arts, math, science and more.
